Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item is in its original condition, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

The item is returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The item is accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, etc.).

Refund process

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 21 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.

Non Returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Aroma Oil Bottles (if the Seal is open or not in original Condition)

Damaged or Defective Items due to misuse, inappropriate storage and Negligence.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately within 3 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
