Service & Maintenance Support Agent
Job description
As our operations expand and our sales grow actively, we are looking for the best candidate who can well-represent Green Signal as a brand, fulfil our customers’ needs professionally and support the team by delivering premium services to our existing and potential customers in a professional manner.
1- Take initiative to look after our rental clients who have active lease contracts.
2- Review the refill and service work-map on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
3- Ability to plan and fulfil the refilling daily routes to deliver premium customer service and attain 100% customer satisfaction.
4- Meet the refill deadline, maintain our machines to keep them serviceable and assure materials are performing correctly as expected.
5- Represent Green Signal for refill and repair services inside/outside the office; and solve operational challenges day by day.
6- Ability to increase awareness to our customers for best practices to achieve best results expected from our services and products.
7- Report to the Sales & Refilling Supervisor daily and provide feedback for operational challenges and customers’ trend.
8- Actively perform on-spot maintenance on time without compromising the daily operational schedule.
9- Retrieve defected machines with unsolved/complicated problems and replace them with serviceable ones.
10- Perform minor repair works in the office, and recommend solutions or purchase return if the defected items are beyond repair.
11- Perform other relevant tasks and duties when needed.
What do we require from you?
1- Technical diploma or Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or related field.
2- Fluency in English is a must (Both writing and speaking).
3- Comfortable handling customers’ confidential information database securely.
4- Effective time management skills.
5- Attain a valid UAE driving license.
6- Preferred age: No more than 30 years old.
