The best candidate for this position must excel at creating new opportunities and closing deals. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
We prefer hiring candidates with a background of cosmetics, perfumes & air fresheners.
- Meet and exceed sales targets (Monthly & Quarterly).
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Plan and attend meetings with prospects to present our variety of products.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Closing deals appropriately.
- Build rapport and establish long term and strong relationships with customers.
- Being well-groomed to present a good first impression to clients.
- Follow up with clients regularly and offer them solutions that fit their needs.
- Sustain a premium customer service.
- Ability to drive up to 80% of time to the designated territories/zones.
- Commitment to achieve good and accurate results.
- Prepare proposals and quotations to new clients.
- Respond to clients queries relating to prices and services.
- Be flexible and assist the with any other duties assigned.
WHAT DO WE REQUIRE FROM YOU?
- Fluency in English is essential for communication (Speaking, writing, reading).
- Must be fluent in Arabic fluently (Speaking, writing, reading).
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
- Experience 2-5 years in Outdoor Sales in United Arab Emirates.
- Experience and working knowledge of any ERP/CRM systems.
- Must be available in United Arab Emirates. We will not entertain any hiring from overseas.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving target.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of using Microsoft Office software.
- Experience background from perfumes, air fresheners, luxury or cosmetics.
